Leaves of the Camellia sinensis (tea) plant are gently dried and they are not allowed to oxidize. The result is a very mellow cup of tea when brewed. Steep leaves 4-6 minutes in water that has come to a boil. White tea is exceptionally antioxidant-rich.

We offer only CO2 (Carbon Dioxide) decaffeinated teas which are safer and still rich in mineral polyphenols and flavor.
